Phi Psi with Pike's house is going to be awesome. Btw everyone, apparently they put down a security deposit so it looks like it's happening. Huge score for us all. I wonder if we have Bloomberg to thank for this lol

Unfortunately, it'll be nice for a few years until history repeats itself and they get kicked out. That house is haunted. It was a school for little kids that burned down before it was renovated into a residence.
