Phi Mu "hotness" is a matter of opinion. They have all kinds: hot chicks, uglies and randos. A lot of girls, especially ix, think Elmo's is a top frat. Phi psi is not what it used to be, same with Fiji. SAE is actually looking better this year. I think they should be ranked higher than phi psi because they throw more parties and have bigger house. Fiji and Elmo's are status - oriented snobs.
