Across the board, it was a lot more even this year, mostly because there was really high interest in theta and kappa on the pnm side, in addition to interest in alpha phi and phi mu. Theta was by and away “most improved” but that has been the trend for a while now and “most improved” is practically their reputation at this school, so not actually a shock. Phi Mu was definitely the one to beat this year and seemed to make the heaviest cuts. Like every other year, Everyone got girls that will fit right in where they belong, and hopefully everyone is happy (or will be happy if they aren’t quite yet).

pretty sure what actually happened is that a lot of girls who were dirty rushed by a few members of phi mu got cut but not because they were "caught" but bc the ppl they talked to at rush didn't want them and the few ppl who dirty rushed them probably couldn't actually do anything... not some big conspiracy

an ix person told me that a lot of girls who previously rushed for ix and were considered to end up mostly at aphi or phimu got into theta. A lot of ppl were tired of aphi/phimu ~competition~, dirty rush, idolizing them like cray anyway so lowkey looking forward for theta bringing up w a p cool pc

i feel like the fact that most girls going through IX recruitment ended up in theta speaks far more to whats happening rn with IX than it does aphi or phi mu

in terms of "ranks" changing we have to wait and see as the year progresses, but Theta got a rly outstanding (and the loudest) pc this yr compared to a weird rando mix in top sororitys like Alpha Phi or Phi Mu because of all that dirty rushing sh it drama and at least 70 girls ending up crying in the bathroom

My pc is so weak in terms of cohesiveness...ya like i got into those top sororitys or whateva but half of the girls here dont have things in common and it's just awkward for me to talk to them. And we ALREADY have drama going on (it's been less than a week since rush tf) so oh well

That’s because a lot of us already had littles picked out from dirty rush who ended up in other sororitys and now we’re picking from girls they didn’t want

Phi mu made heavh cuts b/c they were forced to, They were caught dirty rushing and had to cut girls they dirty rushed.
