boring social life

Hi I’m a freshman. This school is awful. I want to transfer because there is nothing to do st night, frats never have parties, and I’m scared to go to bars in Baltimore because this city is dangerous. So I ask, will it/does it get better?

itll be so much more fun when frats get off sopro ... university/fraternity relations have gotten a little sour but should improve later in the semester
