so the number of girls 'cut' from each sorority depends on how many girls go through recruitment
FSL sets the number of girls each sorority is allowed to take based on how many people rush and how many girls are in each chapter already, and the sorority has to take that number of girls
as for dropping, some girls drop out of recruitment if they get cut from a sorority that they wanted, there is always a handful of girls who drop out part of the way through, that just depends on the girls themselves
