For sororities, the tiers are pretty clear:

1) Phi Mu/IX

2) APhi

3) Kappa/Pi Phi

(Pi Phi is pretty new so we'll see where they end up in the next few years)

APhi moved up to the top place this year.
IX is not an official sorority.

The only good physical houses are Pike, Wawa, and SAE. The other frats need to look into some bigger and better homes

some people/girls love beta. That rankings totally debatable. They're hard to rank, its all based on your personality and what you're looking for.
Honestly, the only ones that really aren't debatable is that Sigma Chi is the worst.
I think SAE and Phi Psi are best. Again, all debatable. All the rest are kinda just equal haha

SAE -- sweet house, good brothers. top frat
Phi Psi -- a lot of WaPo players; pretty cool guys, good parties
Pike -- Most fun brothers. Always having sick parties, but its pretty sloppy
Fiji -- very chill, never raging; cool guys
Wawa -- pretty intimidating football players, most will never go here but the guys are "cool"

And the rest all suck
