how can i rush ix?
by: newhello, i am an incoming freshman and I really want to be in IX. I hear it's a secret club so i know there is no official rush procedure, but how does IX recruit girls? I went to a prep school in massachussetts and i'm white with slightly better than average looks so I feel like I fit the bill pretty well. Thanks!

Thank you for your input, IX!
Corrections:
-IX doesn't "rule sh.t" here, although they do have more fun than some sororities.
-They are living off their previous reputation.
- The girls are pretty ordinary but extroverted and bold. They haze and they make freshmen do things that not every girl would like to do. They are fun, and it is true- they can be easier to party with because of their size and no regulations. (Panhel. sororities are over-regulated)
-The girls in IX are party chicks, so guys like them, however, very few of them have serious relationships.
-Elmo guys prefer IX, but it is not worth it to limit one's social circle (while in college) in order to have closer relationship with a small group of F4ck boys with good superficial manners and a habit of overdressing...
Some top frat guys love to hang out with IX as well. It is true. However, the guys, who prefer IX, are not necessarily people who make one's college experience memorable.

Well IX now officially falls under the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life, I heard in general that their most recent pledge class is not as great as pledge classes in the past. Basically all the appeal of being underground and secretive isn't true anymore, they're gonna have more regulations (not as much as the current Panhel organizations, but certainly more than in the past) and a real insurance policy (meaning more dues).
I have good friends in IX and in other sororities, you'll find where you belong when you get here. It's hard to judge the vibe until you meet the people, and like any other sorority, they chose you.

ix is has been on decline since their ~wow cool a ss~ upperclassmen have graduated already...there is no bonus in being in an underground society or any other kind since greek life here is literally dead anyway. But not that the boring/basic asf formal sororities r better though.
