Pi phi will for sure. They have been "bottom" from the start. It would be a huge blow to kappas pride, though, as they worked so hard to become a "middle tier" sorority and were looking up for so long, that COB might not be worth the ego blow. I love Kappa, this wasn't meant to be negative, I just feel bad for them.

Kappa was under quota last year and since this year's PC is relatively smaller it means that they are now likely even more below quota than before. Idk if it's enough of a gap to force them to do COB and I doubt they will tho

As of last semester, phi mu was at 116, with the help of cob, pi phi got to 118 to match Kappa. Alpha phi came in next at 128 and Theta topped it off at 129. Phi mu is clearly desireable to pnms and can be above or below quota and still be fine. Kappa can't. If they're fielding the same numbers as pi phi, they should be humble enough to realize that their reputation can't support them enough. COB would be the right move for them IMO.
