What can SigEp do to move from lower-mid tier to high mid tier?

I don't even think they are low-mid anymore. Only got 4 pledges... House is too far away... This probation is gonna really hurt them long term.

Host bigger/more frequent events -> Garner better social reputation -> Get more interest come fall -> Get better pledge classes -> Repeat.

It's all about recruitment.

Fake it till you make it. Definitely DONT post on greekrank to figure out how to improve ur frat, that should be something you guys figure out yourselves.

Most of the sophomores and juniors drop. Practically no one does the Epsilon or Bother Mentor phases required to stay in the club.

Substance-Free Housing

Foundation President Hammond provided a report from the North American Interfraternity Council’s (NIC) Alcohol Commission. The Board discussed the report and how substance-free policy would best be implemented and enforced. Warren confirmed that discussions will continue and a suggested plan of action for fraternity-wide substance-free facilities adoption and budget implications will be presented at the fall meeting.
