Recruiting decent girls and being even remotely active on campus will do that. And oh yeah, cut the drama too. Let's face it, you are stuck in the middle kappa.

Kappa Kappa Gamma - ΚΚΓ Sorority at Johns Hopkins University - JHU 1.8 Kappa is full of really great individuals that are good friends of mine, yet as a whole they don't seem to mesh well. I haven't seen them do anything on campus since Kappa Con Queso in the beginning of last semester, very few girls ever wear their apparel, at parties girls have frequently been asked to leave for being too drunk, and in general, the girls seems to either keep to themselves or keep to a close group of friends. Very clique-y, very separated.

Kappa is full of really great individuals that are good friends of mine, yet as a whole they don't seem to mesh well. i agree tho kappa has some nice girls but there are so many that are catty. i know a lot of girls in kappa that don't like their sisters

They should stop focusing on being alpha phi and phi mu. Everyone knows that kappa and theta have the coolest personalities, so why ruin that? and it would be really embarrassing if kappa got passed by a brand new sorority like theta or even pi phi. Enjoy your experience and people will like you more.
