Some guys in phi delt are pretty cool and nice, but you can tell they desperately want to be phi psi. Decent parties but heard a lot of them are homophobic. Their new class is pretty good, but the guys I knew before joining are pretty douchey now.

Very nice brothers. They have come a long way since when they first started. Probably one of the greatest frat comeback stories I have ever seen. Need a bigger house though

the girls are very down to earth and nice. they know when to have fun and won't pressure you into doing things you don't want to do. they are kind and social, but also work really hard at school.

best brothers. Didn’t throw many parties last year because of other factors but was great years before that. Assume they will be back on top this year.
