Not all the girls are equally hot but almost all of them are sweet and fun! IX and PhiMu are overrated but they do have some hot chicks as well. APhi, in my opinion, is better overall. I would put them first.

Some girls are hot, some are not. They are all smart of course, its Hopkins! However, its not the best sorority anymore. They are still strong but they have to share their top place with APhi and IX.

Can't really judge most of these categories yet, but I was surprised at how good the charter class looked. Based on looks alone, they're probably already ahead of Pi Phi!

SAE is clearly not what it used to be. They throw some good parties from time to time but the brothers are weird and creepy and the fact that they make people pay to get in...... no. SAE is no longer top tier

The main challenge for this chapter will be the fact that they are really small and nationals will have a very tight hold on them for a long time. Their charter class is a mixed bag. 5% that could have gone Alpha Phi, 60% that could have gotten into Pi Phi but nowhere else, and 35% that are Phi Mu or Kappa material. Theta is probably about even with Pi Phi as the two bottom chapters. It will probably be a few years before they're strong enough to compete to rise to middle tier.
