What is up with all these comments about looks!? The main point of a sorority has gone way off its course. Putting looks aside (although the charter class is not bad), their greatest advantage for now is being the charter class and having the opportunity to set the legacy at Hopkins. Having huge chapters nationwide is also a plus. Downsides to Theta for now is their size.

The main challenge for this chapter will be the fact that they are really small and nationals will have a very tight hold on them for a long time. Their charter class is a mixed bag. 5% that could have gone Alpha Phi, 60% that could have gotten into Pi Phi but nowhere else, and 35% that are Phi Mu or Kappa material. Theta is probably about even with Pi Phi as the two bottom chapters. It will probably be a few years before they're strong enough to compete to rise to middle tier.
