Parties aren't great, but the brothers are really nice. Just doesn't feel like a frat--parties are usually just really long lines for Pong.

Good frat. Throw good parties, and have cool brothers. Still, you have to pay for game nights, and the house is far. Lots of student leaders in this frat.

honestly, so much dirty rushing. it's actually comical at this point. i've seen girls breaking panhel rushing rules and SO MUCH bid promising it's ridiculous. they're so desperate.

these girls are trying way too hard and there's internal drama from that and the sisterhood is not great at all.. they're trying to compete with pi phi (the second newest on campus) by bashing them... like on this site.. but i've seen pi phis actively promoting theta and welcoming them to greek life (along with the other sororities). i would say.. stay away.. because what's the point of a sorority without sisterhood

Kappa is pretty chill, less-drama, with nice and fun girls. compared to phi mu and alpha phi, pi phi and kappa are the ones that are with less drama (pi phi has none that i've heard of). can't say they're really involved though..

a lot of the girls i've met from this sorority have left a bad impression (superficial, drama), but it's so large that there a a lot of nice, drama-free girls too. It's pretty divided.

Honestly, not top choice, but not last choice. Mixed group of girls who are nice, but some really awkward. Then again, that happens in other sororities too.
