Look they are close to top tier, but the rating of 80% is not deserved. Literally all of them just self rate and they hope to recruit a freshman class based on having the highest greek rank rating. They have some cool bros but for the most part they are weird.

Yeah, they are top tier... not sure why though. For sure, they have some hot guys and hang out with IX, but the majority of their brothers are awkward and not popular. I would say their 10 coolest brothers are cooler than the 10 coolest brothers of any other frat, but a frat should be ranked on the whole..... If they step up their social life they would definitely be top on campus, but for now, I prefer to go to Pike, Phi Psi, or SAE.

These guys are definitely top tier but that is only because of the strong relationship they have with IX. The guys in the frat are very cool and chill people, but they rarely throw parties or do anything social. If you want to sit around and get high with IX girls all day, this is the place for you.

Yes they are really cute and classy but unfortunately never throw open parties which is why they are considered exclusive by some. If you get to know them the guys are actually super nice but it is a frat to chill after everything is dead.

Some are cool but as a group they don't do anything. They think they are much cooler than they are. Don't really mix with sororities or ever have fun parties on a regular basis. Generally boring.

I really don't understand the hype around these guys unless they self rate themselves so high. Everyone on campus couldn't give a crap more about Phi Si rather than Wawa or Pike. Well maybe more than Pike... Point is, their Greek rank is BS, they aren't that good, they just say they are and people believe them because they don't know better
