Yes they are considered top because they only hang out with IX but they never mix with other sororities which is a loss for them because they do not know what they are missing! If they could be more open to other people (guys are girls included) I am sure they will be considered the on of the best frat in many ways. Other than that they are super cool but are tied with Phi Psi, SAE and WAWA in my opinion.
