Yes they are top tier but I would not call them a frat. Never throw down and brothers only stick to certain group of people. Also most of them are really quiet. They love to blaze yet never dance, invite people or throw open parties. Need to step up their game hopefully they become more open and with less ego.

Claim to be the best but actually do they throw or do they do anything? Most of the brothers are random people who are not friends and weird looking dudes. Cannot believe this frat is top for a second and when me and my friends went there I did not feel welcome. Boring place, small house. Please improve to meet your self rating standards
