Definitely the best frat here. The guys are all friendly and not creepy at all. Everyone is super nice and the parties are pretty good as well. Great house and great brothers.

I get the feeling every time I'm there that they are trying to prove that they are something other than they are. It seems like they have some huge inferiority complex about not being a "top" frat. If they just settled down and stopped acting like they have this chip on their shoulder with something to prove, they might actually be nice.
