Parties are average, but I've never felt unsafe there, I've always enjoyed myself. The guys are great and friendly; I'm not a brother but they seem to have a fantastic brotherhood. The chapter is smart, and aside from the incident 6 years ago, they are cautious and have good risk management. Also the sweethearts and the girlfriends that I know are hot. Wish the house didn't reek of weed though
