I was an Alpha Phi in another school and I can confirm that our national sorority tells us to recruit based on looks. Therefore, there is an actual clause to rank girls based on if they are pretty or not before they even get to the house and there are multiple rankings based off of solely beauty throughout the recruitment process! Kappa has drastically gone down in pledge classes. Last recruitment cycle they focused too much on girls who were clearly going to be Aphi/phi mu and even some theta. I have to say that pi phi even has more standouts than kappa does. I wouldn’t be surprised is kappa becomes the new bottom of kappa keeps making the same mistake. Would say that kappa is low mid tier
