Me and my friends went to their intersession parties and they were bad, ran out of alc by 11, ended up spending our time at other frats and our dorms.. overall nice guys with a lot of potential but need work to get out of the bottom

Best parties first semester and intersession, nice guy who never seem creepy, gorgeous house (honestly go there for the architecture). Overall a great place
