People say fiji and pikapp are only good because they have a house, but they do not even throw parties at their house and still pull more girls than any other fraternities. Yes, the house helped fiji but they recruited better looking guys in the last year. Pikapp was on the rise without the house. Nonetheless, they still would be dominant without a house.

There is downsides to having a house. You have no influence in GC where the rest of the Greek community is.

If every fraternity had a house, or every fraternity didn't have a house, then fiji and pikapp would be far from the top. Go back 1 year and sig ep would wipe the floor with both fiji and pikapp and rewind about 2-3 years ago, sammy would've taken the crown. it won't be long before sig ep and sammy come back harder than ever and make it known that a house isn't necessary to be on top. An increasing amount of well rounded kids have been recognizing that the house only gets them so far and realize that quality lies in other fraternities without houses, because most guys are going to the so called "top tier" fraternities SOLELY because of the house. Give it a couple semesters, it will change.

i've personally seen the kids that especially sig ep are attracting and they will come back hard
