Phi Sigma Sigma is improving a lot in getting better quality women

By saying your chapter is "improving a lot in getting better quality women" you are also admitting that the quality wasn't really there before

And just like that phi sig is no longer top tier. They got the leftovers of the rest of the sorority girls. I saw two pretty girls in the pledge class. The rest are average af
