How come AXO gets a tier all to itself? Bump Phi Sig up to upper mid and AChiO up to Mid and this list makes more sense

Tier's are temporary. Top tier today isn't guaranteed top tier tomorrow.
Join them for who they are today and what you could do for them tomorrow.
If you really really love the organization it won't even feel like work.
Being at the top is great in theory, but once you realize how ready every organization is to take you down - it definitely can feel restrictive too. Greek Life is great, but it really teaches you every aspect of life, not just the good ones.
If you're actually considering the made up tier's above to choose between one sorority and another, I really hope you don't choose mine. Joining an organization for 'prestige' isn't the mindset that got it there anyways.
