top tier fraternities

1. PiKapp
Undoubtely the best on campus. Their the hottest guys, have the nicest house (can actually throw parties inside), are very good at sports, have the hottest girls, throw the best parties and events and are the most involved Fraternity on campus yeah they have a low GPA but they'll get it together its hard when you're running campus.
2.FIJI (By default due to the whole Sig Ex thing)
So these guys are alright, they have really good parties and a house. They have a solid amount of bros involved on campus and they have a good amount of hot guys (especially these last couple pledge classes). They have a good amount of hot girls and are alright at sports. Really could be PiKapp if more strict on bids (lets in betas) and more consistent.
3. TKE (Also by default due to Sig Ex)
So these guys have been better lately. They've been more involved (still less then the two above but more than Sig Ep, Sigma Chi and Sammy). Out of no where got a good amount of hot guys but still are suffering from years of reffie bids. They had that really fun philanthropy event and parties have been better recently. But still way too loose with bids and isnt consistent either. Needs to go hard to compete with other too especially without a House.
The Rest (Too Irrelevant To Describe Extensively.)
4. Sig Chi (Tryhards and Goobs)
5. Sammy (Failure and New Blood)
6. BETA (Some cuties and theyre so nice)
7. Sig Ep (Should be #2 but kicked out all the hot guys)
8. ZBT (May be unfair never hung out)

You definitely must've been apart of fraternities 4 - 8 if you disagree. Don't hate the top houses. Truth hurts. Descriptions couldn't have been more accuate.
