Yes, the topic of expansion has been mentioned by both the NPC and Greek Life Office. Our school continues to increase in enrollment every year so the opportunity for expansion is most definitely to ensure a strong and active Greek Life at FIU. Plus this will girl PNM more a variety to chose from in a sorority.

This is seriously sad... Why did you even join your sorority then? Because there was no one better? You should appreciate your sisters... They deserve it.

Expansion can be done relatively quickly, actually. Usually more like one year, less if there's a need for speed. I know of one specific campus that completed the entire process within a semester.
On a separate note, are we even discussing opening up for expansion yet?
