1. Pi Kapp: just got a house, rose up rather fast, and involved. Overall it's a solid fraternity. I usually only see the same faces doing work (that's just me though)
2. FIJI: House, good rep, decent guys, a lot of odd ones. Girls, decent parties. Nothing new but still recognized as a "top" fraternity.
3. Sig Ep: Good parties, girls, involved. Declining in my thoughts, lot of sororities don't wanna work or associate themselves with them anymore. Still a great fraternity on campus but have hit a speed bump.
4. TKE: Rising up, good girls, good parties, lots of alcohol, more involved, solid rep. Mixing and working with good sororities this fall. Solid upper middle teir of FIU.
5. Sammy: Okay parties, good girls, kinda involved, not rising up or declining, not around much. Can definitely do better. Solid rank 5.
Everyone else irrelevant at this point.

7. Sigma Chi: Good numbers. Nationally strong. Okay relations. Bad parties. Was supposed to rise fast but hit some speed bump and stopped. Could make a comeback need a complete face lift.
8. BETA: "The Phi Mu of Fraternity Life." Very involved, very social but...need to recruit better. That's it.

So true. Only FIJI girls like FIJIS. Other than that there on the "no list" of everything
