One isn't necessarily a better fraternity. Both pull their weight on campus as good fraternities. Rush both and find out, Fiji does have a house if that's what you're looking for.

both pull, but recently pikapp has been throwing alot of parties, and fiji hasnt

Both are kind of known as the friend zone fraternity, but honestly if you yourself can pull girls you'll pull girls in either of them, if you can't pull girls you won't pull girls in either of them or any other fraternity for that matter.
