an outsiders view
by: TheBoyzWith all of the news surrounding TKE'S group chats, the truth is Phi Sig and ACHIO are the ones that look the worse. The fact that two sororities would stick up for this kind of behavior due to the fact that they are "sweethearts" is extremely disappointing. While we can all accept that Phi Sig is top tier, the fact that they stand by "the boyz" speaks volume about their character. To the girls of Phi Sig and ACHIO stand up for your sisters and other who were victims and to the boys of TKE - you are nothing better than Weinstein.

If you truly did not support this behavior or accept it you would have made a stand against it. There is no need to wait for national approval for a situation such as this. I have spoken to multiple girls in both sororities and most Phi sigs have responded with “it’s not fair that they get caught”. If you think it’s not “fair” your morals are all sorts of twisted

What nobody actually knows is that several of the sororities who signed the statement, are actually doing the complete opposite. They are still bringing TKEs to their formals and semi formals and social events which they explicitly state that they won’t do but instead they will attend as GDIs and not TKEs, but at the end of Day, you all know they’re TKEs. I think phi sig and achio didn’t sign because they know better and don’t want to look stupid signing something this serious and not even following through? Why sign something that will go public to then be hypocrites doing exactly what you said you wouldn’t do? Either way, regardless of who signed or not, none of these sororities condone what was said in the group chats and now these girls have to stand together to show that that type of behavior isn’t tolerated whether you’re affiliated or not.

If AXO chapter voted to sign the pledge why wasn't it signed?? It wasnt until after the her campus article was written that they decided to change their stance. I have screenshots from members of e-board discussing how there was no reason to sign the pledge and other sororities were "seeking attention". The next week will no doubt be an interesting one
