Shouldn't even be called a real fraternity. Sign a paper and you're in, don't have to earn letters at all and will accept anyone with a good GPA. Not a true brotherhood in the least bit. Has a new policy making it a Dry house even for those older than 21.

SigEp has chosen to evolve up and away from "rush" parties and instead has adopted year-round continuous recruitment. SigEp knows that recruitment is the lifeblood of the fraternity and so has chosen to recruit on values rather than debauchery. Quality attracts quality. Other greek organization will catch up with this change... or else be left behind.

Dry house, too many brothers, all you need to get in is have a high gpa, they barely interact with potential members, you just get handed your letters, no pride.
