what are some good fraternities on the rise to rush besides the ones with houses?

"on the rise" sounds the same as "not as good yet"

why not rush a fraternity that is already worth joining?

why join a frat that is already good and become just another guy, when you can be the guy who makes a frat great?

Depends what your looking for.
Rush tke is you like wetbacks. They also give bids out to anyone.
Rush beta if you are looking to get friend zoned.
Rush sig ep if you are on the feminine side.

Only 4 fraternities are worth rushing. And it's obvious.

Sig Ep is on some kind of probation and can do any events with alcohol.

FINALLY RESOLVED

That the National Board of Directors will address and may take charter action on any chapter which refuses to implement a complete substance-free policy by August 1, 2020 and a substance-free transitional policy August 1, 2018.
