why did fiji never get in trouble?

Recently found out FIJI had a girl die at their formal, no one talks about it and I rushed them only to find out later on. My parents refuse to allow me back and I don't get why no one talks about it! Why were they allowed to recruit and why are they still on campus? Serious question not trying to bash I like these guys and want to stay in but I don't get how they were placed on probation or why people didn't disaffiliate after the incident, it's all over the Internet!

Fellow Greek here, personally if my chapter did this I would drop and disaffiliate. They are responsible for a girls death how can you party and recruit like it's all good and keep up your ways. Basically can't tell people you were in a frat after college if you are an FIU FIJI

They were professionally investigated by the police and FIU and were found not responsible but OF COURSE Greek rank is the next best outlet to get them kicked out.
