already 'greek'
by: FIU trnasferSo I am transferring to FIU this Fall semester and have registered to rush for a sorority. I was greek in my old school, but that organization does not have a chapter here. I love being a part of greek life, and I want to rush and find myself a new home here. Will the sororities accept me? Or will I get dropped simply because I have worn other letters before?

Once you join a sorority and become a sister it's for life. You can't just join one at one school, transfer, and then join another at the new school. It doesn't work like that. Even if you terminated from your organization you wouldn't be able to join another PC sorority.

even if you disaffiliate you have a record with the other organization and are registered as a sorority woman nationally and it will show that you disaffiliated from your organization.
