if you want to see who has the lowest retention rate see which organization initiates first... Sororities with bad retention rates initiate quickly so that girls don't have a chance to drop

I really wanted them so I dropped the whole process hopefully I can join them next year! Azds are known to be smart, pretty and really involved on campus that's the kind of sorority I want to join

Many girls are petty and aloof, while others are downright mean. There is no communication. Expectations are inappropriate and time consuming. Take it from someone that disaffiliated

Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority at Florida International University - FIU 5.0 any time i've met any personally they've been nice. my friend got really drunk one night and an AZD that didn't even know her helped her more than the girl's own friends did. i have respect for that. and you always see them around on campus doing stuff. i think it's a good group.
