Delta Phi Epsilon - ΔΦΕ Sorority at Florida International University - FIU 4.7 Pretty hard to not like these girls. Every conversation, encounter, etc that I have with one, only makes me like them that much more. These girls are also everywhereeeeeee.... its insane. I have yet to be in an FIU involvement were a dphie is missing. Dphies filled with really cool down to earth girls who are in it for the right reasons.. the sisterhood.
