Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 1.0 these boys are not nice to anyone, they don't exist anymore, and when they did couldn't even throw a good social. they had to go on tinder and try to invite girls because no sorority would go to their socials.

They have always been so welcoming to everyone to the point I would trust them with my drink! Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 4.7 These boys are so sweet and fun to be around with, they really get to know you and make you feel welcomed without being creepy like some other frats. Their parties are also the best and have fire themes, venues and music.
