Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 2.0 I have a couple of friends involved in this fraternity and even they don't have the best things to say about their fraternity. I think it says a lot when their own brothers aren't that proud to be a Sig Ep.
