First off they are very selective in the long run. if you don't qualify just say goodbye. just cause they give bids open handed doesn't mean anything but they give everyone a fair chance. (how many get bids vs how many make it through) their brotherhood is so strong that they know each others life story inside and out also no clicks unlike many other fraternities who don't even know each other's names. these gentlemen strive for improvement just watch out for them. scoreboard

I heard even the Janitor that was cleaning up after one of their rush events got a bid.

The one word that comes to me when I think Sigma Chi is "average." Not bad guys at all but need to do a lot of work to become relevant in the FIU social scene. They are new so they get some slack for that. Their recruitment needs to be more tight because their pledge classes are consistently full of people who would not get pledged anywhere else. final verdict: have potential but need to actually capitalize on it

Brotherhood is PHENOMENAL. They are always trying to have a good time, so for those who say they're not social enough ... try hanging out with them first. Also, I've never been to one event where I did NOT see a group of brothers trying to offer help. FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN RUSHING: Looking to become a true gentlemen, having good character, ambitious purposes and so much more beneficial qualities? The search ends here with Sigma Chi.

They keep their heads cool and have been slowly improving throughout the years. Trying to convey a frat image, but they bid everybody and anybody so I don't see that happening anytime soon.

Best Fraternity I have ever witness. You will be lucky to be a Sigma Chi. They are definitely not top tier at fiu since they are relatively new on campus but I can see this guys being top tier with in a couple of years.

Great group of guys. Derby Days should be fun. They are still not top tier but are definitely getting there. New pledge class is good. If they keep it up, top tier in a couple semesters.

A lot of talk about selective bidding from these guys, but everyone I knew got a bid. Couldn't really tell me much about what they do on campus.

Good guys, steadily growing. Compete at all sports but usually lose in playoffs. Have the biggest philanthropy week at FIU with Derby Days. Show face at most events and host tailgates often. Overall good organization.
