Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Florida International University - FIU 4.2 They're new. Not to say they don't have some weird individuals, but they also have some good looking respectful group of guys. They've always been nice to everyone, and don't try to be over the top. Waiting for a social this fall semester.
