@DG actually, I have friends in both and I Tell them sstraight up that pkp is asssss now and tekes are all mexican and they just laugh most of the time lol also I am not a pike you right on that. I'm not trying to just roast for no reason. I am roasting to bring to light the true colors of some of these "frats" on campus. It's a damn shame.

Over my 4 years at FIU this fraternity was nothing and has gotten the idea of being something more then average. These guys are lucky they got a house. Until then, we will see what happens in 2020

They are mediocre in every aspect. If it wasn't for the house no one would even know who they are. Even with the house they're falling behind the top 5-6 fraternities. They need to bid less awkward and weird guys or they will keep going downhill.

Look, lets be honest here. I have been watching these guys for a long time now (3 years). Ever since my boys from HS wanted to rush me. Although PKP was the epitome of a top tier fraternity at FIU back 3 years ago, I turned them down. Today, I am glad I did. I have never seen such an awful decline as the one these gents have displayed. They are mediocre in every category even losing to the mexicans of tke last night in football. They are truly looking like the dumpster behind the Fiji house now.
