Cliques ✔️ Underage drinking ✔️Mean girls ✔️Honestly if you can drop them do so, cause if not you’ll be stuck and you’ll have to resign like half the chapter does once initiated. If a frat isn’t involved they won’t participate. This chapter shouldn’t even be on campus. Everything gets dusted under the rug.

They have a more advanced member education program called the Balanced Man Program. It is better than a pledging model because it focus on development throughout your whole time in college and not just one semester when you join.

Sad to see a chapter like this fall so hard. At first, was a thriving older chapter with the guidance of the older sisters. Now it seems like a day care for 18-21 year old girls who can’t even think for themselves. Saddening to see the low level of maturity in this chapter.
