They are mediocre in every aspect. If it wasn't for the house no one would even know who they are. Even with the house they're falling behind the top 5-6 fraternities. They need to bid less awkward and weird guys or they will keep going downhill.

Over my 4 years at FIU this fraternity was nothing and has gotten the idea of being something more then average. These guys are lucky they got a house. Until then, we will see what happens in 2020
