best fraternities?

Overall, almost all of the frats are pretty average; but, in my opinion, this is what I'd rank them based on what I've observed over the past few semesters:
- Lambda Chi Alpha
- Delta Tau Delta
- Sigma Pi
- Sigma Alpha Epsilon
- Sigma Chi
- Pi Kappa Alpha
- Sigma Phi Epsilon
- Sigma Nu
- Delta Chi
- Phi Kappa Theta
