The women of Kappa Delta are so passionate about greek life as a whole. They truly push the message of going greek and not just going Kappa Delta. They get their new members involved quickly within their house which helps with their sisterhood. They may not be the most social chapter on campus but they always look like they have a fun time together!! I have many friends who are in KD and they love it. I can't recommend enough going greek, you will love it!

Well...in my experience most of the women of Delta Zeta do not embody the true meaning of sisterhood. I know that there are many groups within their small chapter and it often leaves people feeling left out or dropping. I am sure that there are some members who are involved on campus but right now they are being overshadowed by others who have very negative reputations. However, I know that some women really love this chapter and have found their best friends in it. I am not sure that these are lasting friendships but nonetheless still convenient to have while at EIU. Of course this is just my opinion-I still highly reccomend going greek and forming opinions of your own while in the process of finding your home and sisters!!

The women of Tri Delta really come together for a lot of philanthropic work which also supports their sisterhood. Everytime I see a tri delt on campus they are very friendly and often times proudly wearing their letters. Many of their members hold positions within phc and are very involved. Cute girls too! If you are considering going greek I can't recommend it enough, go into it with an open mind and you'll find your home!

The women of AST are so genuine and care for each of their members. They are each individual's that make a great contribution to greek life. These ladies are so passionate about their philanthropy and do so much work in that area. If you are at all considering going greek I highly recommend it. You will truly find yourself and your best friends!

Fun group of girls that are true to the meaning of going greek. These ladies really support each other and greek life as a whole. This chapter is large and always has decent sized pledge classes, bigger than many other chapters. ASA is so loved by it's members. These ladies proudly wear their letters on campus and are so proud to be ASA!! Greek life at Eastern is so special and I highly encourage anyone considering it to go greek!!

Many of their members are a great addition to the greek community! They have strong leadership within their house and have many genuine members. There seems to be a problem with older members not including/being critical of their new pledge class but aside from that I think they have a decent sisterhood. Very pretty girls with a decent reputation on campus.

Alpha Gamma Delta is one of the best sisterhoods on this campus. The women are welcoming, classy, and a good time. Gams have often been known as the women that have a good time but you can still take home to your mom. This is absolutely the case for these women. They are extremely involved on campus and got best in grades for the 2020 year. Overall, find YOUR home and trust the process it really will work out. If you are hesitant to go greek at all you should absolutely give it a try!!

Very supportive of one another and all of greek life. Girls are fun, studious, and compassionate. Never met a Tri delta girl that wasn’t fun or kind.

Sigma Kappa is a great fit for so many women in the greek community. They truly have so much fun together and are overall a wonderful addition to greek life. They could benefit from having deeper connections within their sisterhood as it sometimes appears surface level but they truly are each other's best friends through their time at EIU! You often see them at parties and for the most part they are classy while still having a good time. I can't stress enough how much you get out of greek life at EIU! It is an entire community that surrounds you and helps you to grow through your four years and beyond.
