Last prez was a sissy and caused problems within the frat, but that's for another time and day to discuss about. Aside from that, not sure what phase that they are in but they're almost fully colonized which is good. Hopefully they can host more parties, get more recruits and most importantly be a top tier house

Let's be honest here, every frat has nice guys and guys who are tools. Other than that, they're pretty cool, they get around a lot, involved on campus and seem to have a good brotherhood.

This is a great group of girls. They all get along so well and seem like they have an amazing sisterhood. My friend is in the chapter and it sounds like they are wanting to branch out and work with other chapters
