Sig Pi Delts and SAE are all the top houses on campus, in my opinion, depends on what you want though. If you want a great party every time go Delts if you want a good party with nice guys go Sig Pi, if you want an good time with really good guys go SAE. Sig pi seems to be a well balanced fraternity. Smart ,hear girls love them, and greatly involved in IMs. They're a well working Fraternity here on campus they've been around for a while so they know what they're doing.

I've never met any of you guys personally but clearly your reputation isn't good. I hear a lot of negative things so i hope you guys step up your game and stop having incidents. My recommendation is maybe have less parties because these events sound alcohol related. Clearly not every guy in the house is bad but it's not good to hear things about your frat. You guys need to do something big to make it up to this school and show everyone you guys are good guys.

These girls are underrated, in my opinion, around campus. They seem to always be active and social at parties. I think these girls are tied for the nicest girls on campus. They're funny and know how to have fun. I think they will develop into THE top house in a few years.

These girls are an interesting group. As I've got to know them, they seem to be a bit bi-polar. Almost too happy/crazy at times and other times just straight drama. They seem to talk about their problems and not about anyone else when you're with them one on one, but they do dance on chairs when you're at parties. They're typically nice, but not the best to date because of that drama

DZ is a popular house because of their reputation. I hear things said about their sorority and it's not the best. I see a lot of them around and they are beautiful women, but looks can be deceiving. Most of them are big partiers and to be honest i think you have to be a certain type of person, in their eyes, for them to talk to you. I have classes with a lot of them and they seem to act like their in high school and sit with their "clique" groups.
