The top houses get the top girls. The top two houses are Chi O and G Phi and they couldn't be more different. Those houses take the top girls year after year so they are the best. It doesn't matter if Chi O doesn't win something or that G Phi doesn't win. Girls want those houses so they're tops. Anyone who disagrees is trying to raise the rank of her own house. Sorry...

True. Some Chi Os are weird, and G Phis don't win anything. But still, you can't argue with success. They're they houses that all the girls want and all the campus acknowledges are top houses.
