PBP and KKG are in the second tier under XO GPB and KAT. PBP may be horrible in sisterhood but way more people want that house than they do ZTA AXO KD etc.

No one wanted pi phi during rush. Or in truth kappa both had alot of snap bids. Pi phi reputation was known by the pm's going through rush. Pi phi has alot if work to do

I don't think gamma phi will hold top tier any more. They really don't have good grades involvement. They are average. I also don't think zeta or kappa are doing very well.

GPhi has never had top grades or great involvement, but every year they take a top 2 pledge class. PNM's love them. They get girls we recruit hard and we win a lot! Can't really figure it out.

But the girls GPB get are the girls that everyone fights for during recruitment. PNM's don't care who's the best in shows, what they rank in grades, who wins philanthropy events and who wins homecoming, they choose their house based off of the girls in there, and GPB consistently gets good pledge classes.
