sophomore transfer

I'm at UARK and not really liking it, and I'm considering transfering to OSU soon, because a good chunk of my family went there, and my cousin is there now. I rushed at UARK but it didn't go well. It's my understanding that y'all don't have a spring rush. So my question is whether or the fraternities give out many bids to sophomores at OSU, if any of y'all know. My cousin is also pretty well connected over there, not greek but knows a ton of guys who are and could put in a good word for me if y'all think that could help.
