what's the theta house like at osu??

I've heard mixed things about the theta house at okstate- in the past that it was middle tier but this year have seen on this site that it's top tier and have heard that from friends in other houses at osu. i was just wondering what the personality of the house is like and if it really is top tier??

Theta is top tier and always has been at OSU. Super nice, sweet, pretty girls who are fun to be around. They would do anything for you. Even though I didn't choose them when I rushed, they made the decision extremely difficult on pref day! Love my Theta friends!!!

Theta is kind of a mixed bag. They're definitely more desirable than many of the houses, but not as desirable as some. They have a thing for academics and many of the girls could benefit from going to the gym. I heard from a friend that gym time and study hall are both requirements. Check them out. Maybe you'd be very happy there.

Theta is generally considered #3 overall. ChiO is first followed by GPB. Those 3 have been pretty solid at top 3 for a few years. After that it gets murky... Some combo of zeta, kappa, and AXO finish off the top 6.

There's pretty much a top 3 then some combination of KKG, PBP, and maybe some others in the next tier.

as much as i hate the pi phis they're definitely not lower middle tier... they get a lot of the good girls that people fight over during recruitment and they win things

Theta is definitely top tier (solid #3)! They are a mix between XO and GPB- some girls are religious and others like to go out. Fun and sweet group of girls.

I'd say there is a top tier of XO and GPB. Then the mid top is KAT, KKG, PBP. After that the middle is murky with AXO and ZTA probably the top of that tier.
