Not placing doesn't mean dead last, and it doesn't mean they didn't do well either. There are plenty of houses that had amazing homecoming decks and rocked at follies that didn't place either

more like- I am saying that KD has earned it and in truth so has pi phi and tri delta- they placed (KD won both) and they are really involved on our campus- and did a great job- its not fair to keep placing a house high that does not give 100% . I still think Pi PHi has a terrible attitude (sorry pi phi) so they have a long way to go in this area- and the way we treat each other MATTERS so until that can improve I cant put them higher on a list. That being said Tri detla I am so proud of you- you always get so much hate on here and we as a greek community saw what you put into Hoco. Thank you for still trying and putting your best foot forward.

I'd say they are 4, 5, or 6... Zeta, Kappa, and AXO are kind of tied for those spots. KD is definitely #7. #8 is solid phi Mu. Then the bottoms are PBP, adp, APO, DDD, and AXD.
Oh and obviously top 3 are ChiO, KAT, GPB.

Sorry you don't like it, but they don't need to win to be a perennial favorite house. I chose differently (my legacy house) but went there for pref and was really pulled in GPhi's direction. The girls I met there were darling -- gorgeous, sweet, kind, interesting, smart, and dedicated. I love the girls in my own house more, of course, but I hate to see G Phi lied about.

Lower houses can argue over who placed in what event. The truth is that it doesn't matter to pnms. They are going to pick a house that has pretty girls who are fun, interesting, have good personalities, and academics. Some of these girls are very interested in shows and they go to Chi O, not KD or DDD. The it girls who are not as interested in shows go to another top house. The girls that go to KD and DDD are the ones that are cut by the top houses but valued by the mid and lower houses because of their talent.

Kd is not a top house and hasn't ever been one. They could win everything this year and still be cut by many pnms. They need to face facts that Kd isn't improving their reputation by posting stuff like this on GR. It just makes them look kind of sad and pathetic.

PiPhi you should really stop self ranking with your "PIPHI is definitely top 3 lol". GPhi has you beat whether they win stuff or not. Take some lessons from them and be genuinely nice on occasion....key word is GENUINELY. They're the house most PNM's want while PNM's cut PiPhi during round 1 & 2.

You may know the KDs return rates but you clearly don't know the rates of the houses that beat you year after year. Your rates may be good at the end showing that girls would rather get KD than AZD, ADPi, DDD, etc. But that doesn't mean that they don't turn down KD if they get back XO, GPB, KAT, PBP, and even KKG. You also lose to ZTA and this year you lost to PM.

Lower houses use the word "involved" to show that they won something and a house with a higher rating didn't win. Every house participates in homecoming and follies and everything else. It's just silly rank manipulation to say that some house is not involved.

The top frats don't want to hang with PBP. They just call them when they want an easy lay.
